Why isn't my gamepad input being passed on to the game?

First, make sure you have the ViGEmBus. Second, make sure there isn't another controller plugged into your desktop machine when you're trying to use a Desktop Vision emulated controller. The emulated controller may be detected as a secondary controller and ignored by the game you are attempting to play.
